Cell Adhesion Microfluidic Biochips

Our 8-Channel Microfluidic Biochips for cell adhesion provide an in vitro environment that closely minics in vivo shear stresses, thus enabling the collection of more physiologyically relevant data than traditional static cell adhesion assays.

The channels of the ECM Biochip may be coated with one or more ligands, such as collagen, fibrinogen, or other ECM proteins. The Endothelial Biochip may be coated with endothelial cells such as HUVEC or similar cells. Both chips require a syringe pump with both push and pull capabilities to simulate shear stress rates.
