GFP Quantitation Assays

Most imaging studies of rGFP are qualitative, and quantitation by FACS is time-consuming and expensive. Our GFP Quantitation Kits measure GFP fluorescence either directly in a fluorometer or by ELISA in a standard microplate reader.
