Our Null Control Vectors may be used as a control with our miRNASelect™ expression vectors. Each control vector is provided as 100 µL of frozen bacterial glycerol stock.

The pEP-mir Null Vector contains a puromycin selection marker, while the pEGP-mir Null Vector contains a GFP-puromycin fusion to allow selection by either marker. The control vector you choose should match your miRNA expression vector (pEP or pEGP).
