Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods and Terms
For your convenience, we accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA for purchases. Credit card must be authorized prior to shipment of product. Purchase order numbers are required for all billed shipments. Upon credit approval, payment terms are net 30 days. A late charge may be added to accounts over 30 days past due.
Product Availability and Shipping
We pride ourselves on having nearly every product in stock. Most orders will be shipped the same day or the following business day. In the rare event of product unavailability, you will be immediately notified. Please note that due to the temperature sensitive nature of most of our products, we do not ship to U.S. customers on Fridays.
All orders are shipped FOB San Diego, California. Shipping and/or handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Please store our products under the conditions indicated on the technical information sheet upon receipt.
Limited Product Warranty
Cell Biolabs warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated in the product manual or technical data sheet for that product. Cell Biolabs agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not meet the specifications. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified in any way by person(s) other than Cell Biolabs personnel or to any products that are handled or stored contrary to the product manual or technical information sheet. Products returned to Cell Biolabs not covered by this warranty, or for any other reason, are subject to a 20% restock fee. Notice for any replacement must be given within 60 days of receipt of product. Cell Biolabs reserves the right to discontinue sales of any products or to change product descriptions or formulations at any time without prior notice to purchasers.
No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by Cell Biolabs. Cell Biolabs shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use, or the inability to use any of its products.
