Universal ROS and RNS Assays

Reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen species may be measured directly via binding to a fluorescent dye. We offer two assays to universally detect ROS in a variety of sample types:

• An Intracellular ROS Assay for use with intact cultured cells
• An In Vitro ROS/RNS Assay for use with plasma, serum, urine, cell lysates or cell culture supernatants
