Lentivirus Quantitation / Titer
Quantitation of lentivirus is an important step to ensure efficient lentivirus expression. We offer three assays to determine the physical titer of your lentivirus:
- Our Traditional p24 ELISA kits measure the p24 core protein of HIV-1 in your lentivirus supernatant
- Our Lentivirus-Associated p24 ELISA uses exclusive, proprietary technology to separate virus-associated p24 from free p24, thereby minimizing overestimation of HIV-1 lentivirus titer
- Our Lentivirus Rapid Quantitation Kit provides a quick way to quantify the viral nucleic acid in <1 hour
