Overview
Our Retroviral Cloning Vectors contain multiple cloning sites (MCS) to facilitate the addition of your gene of interest. Each vector is based on one of various backbones derived from the Moloney murine leukemia virus (MMLV). Each vector is provided as 10 µg in TE buffer.
The pMXs/pMYs/pMCs vectors have been shown to be useful in induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS) studies.
