N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is a nucleoside modification in RNA found in most eukaryotes and some viruses. m6A is found in tRNA, rRNA, small nuclear RNA (snRNA) and several long non-coding RNA (ncRNA). Our N6-Methyladenosine ELISA Kit provides a simple, convenient microplate-based method to measure the amount of total m6A present in a variety of sample types. Detection is performed in a standard microplate reader.
