Transmigration Assays

Cell transmigration involves the migration of cells across the endothelium. Our Transmigration Assays measure the interactions with, and transmigration of, the endothelium by leukocytes or tumor cells. The assays use a Boyden Chamber in which endothelial cells may be seeded to form a monolayer prior to adding the migratory cells of interest.
